The plain version.

Courses

A purchase gives you personal, lifetime access to that course on this site. The videos, text, journal and program spreadsheets are for your own use and may not be copied, shared or resold.

Coaching

Coaching is by application. Terms, schedule and fees are agreed in writing before any engagement begins.

Not medical advice

Everything here is for self-development and education. It is not medical, psychiatric or therapeutic treatment, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional. Check with a doctor before starting any new physical practice, and stop if something hurts.
